Appointment Policy
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and fill out a health history form. To avoid inconveniencing others, arriving late will deprive you of your full scheduled service time.
Reservations and Cancellation Policy
We recommend scheduling your spa appointment a minimum of two weeks in advance for greater availability of time. Walk-in’s are welcome. If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance and 48 hours for all spa package appointments. Cancellation less than the recommended notice time or no shows will result in a full service charge.
Spa Day Requirements

Cancellation with less than the recommended notice time or no shows will result in the package being voided. Please arrive 20 minutes early for your Spa Day to fill out a case History Form, slip into a comfortable robe and slippers and relax with a herbal tea before your TLC’s Spa Day begins. Arriving late will only take time away from your services and relaxing experience.
